چکیده
Commercial cell-based skin regenerative products are highly expensive, carry the risk of rejection and require a long cell culture period to manufacture. This work describes synthesis bilayer films from poly(globalide) (PGl) regenerated cellulose nanofibers (rCNFs) their use as cell-free scaffold support keratinocyte attachment proliferation. The method is simple, eco-friendly (as precursor obtained agricultural waste) low cost. rCNFs were produced by acid hydrolysis PGl was via enzymatic ring-opening polymerization. synthesized layer-by-layer casting at ambient temperature. All showed well-defined interface between cellulose. rCNF/PGl metabolic activity far superior in comparison with pristine regarding growth, which illustrates potential these materials tissue engineering.

In this study, a novel fibrous membrane of hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC)/poly(vinyl alcohol) blend was successfully fabricated by electrospinning technique and characterized. The concentration of HEC (5%) with PVA (15%) was optimized, blended in different ratios (30-50%) and electrospun to get smooth nanofibers. Nanofibrous membranes were made water insoluble by chemically cross-linking by gluta...

متن کاملNanofibers and their applications in tissue engineering
Developing scaffolds that mimic the architecture of tissue at the nanoscale is one of the major challenges in the field of tissue engineering. The development of nanofibers has greatly enhanced the scope for fabricating scaffolds that can potentially meet this challenge. Currently, there are three techniques available for the synthesis of nanofibers: electrospinning, self-assembly, and phase se...
